HigherFrequency is operated by DevDarren, based in South Africa. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use higherfrequency.co.za.

What we collect

We collect very little:

Your email address — only if you choose to make a payment. This is required by Paystack to process the transaction.
Your payment reference — a transaction ID from Paystack, stored so we can verify your access.

We do not collect your name, location, browsing history, or any other personal information. Favourites and usage data are stored locally on your device (localStorage) and never sent to our servers.

How we use your information

Your email is used solely to:

Process your once-off payment through Paystack
Verify that you have unlimited access

We do not send marketing emails. We do not sell, share, or transfer your email to any third party.

Payment processing

Payments are handled entirely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Paystack's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

Cookies & tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. Your activity on this site is not tracked or monitored.

Data storage & security

Subscriber records (email and payment reference) are stored securely on our server. We take reasonable measures to protect this data, but no system is 100% secure.

Your rights

Under POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act, South Africa), you have the right to:

Request access to the personal information we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your information
Object to the processing of your information
